Sometimes, the way things work out scares me. I can tell that I'm getting older because certain things that I never used to care about before just makes me worry. I cry more too. It's so weird, I even think that it's weird when it's happening. I get touched so easily and it is quite RIDICULOUS. I feel like I'm having a mid-life crisis in my early 20's. I often get told how lucky I am to be so young in this day and age... and I'm just like, I feel as if I'm 40. Just the other night, after hearing about Paul Walker's death, I was talking to my boy about how you can just go at any moment. I was also saying, however, that celebs tend to die young. Now I wonder if those of us that are not-so-famous get the chance to live longer, because we live such routine lives. This morning while showering, I thought about how sick I would be if anything happened to Keni, and definitely said a quick prayer for our safety as well as the safety for my family and friends. I hug him whenever I get the chance and tell him I love him every single day. I mean, everything could literally be all gone in a second. Just like poof!
Anyway, enough with my morbid thoughts.
I pretty much slept this whole day away it seems. Fresh out the shower and actually felt like blogging. It's been so long but it feels nice to be typing away. I am seriously looking for a laptop now (haha). Isn't it crazy how fast this year has went by? This year is officially coming to an end, especially with Christmas and New Years just around the corner. Everything is wrapping up and preparing to begin again. Although, I think this is the best Fall season we've had though. I've enjoyed it so much. And tomorrow it's suppose to snow, I don't mind since it's December and that alone just seems so fitting. Before you know it, Summer will be back again and we will continue to complain about the heat.
Meanwhile, I keep trying to figure how to get myself back on track. How can I keep another year from slipping through my hands without traveling, seeing more of the people I love, and doing things to make me feel whole...
